BrainBank is a learning companion app for iPhone and iPad, published by Yardbyte. It is designed so that family data stays on your device.

What BrainBank collects

BrainBank stores the information you enter in the app — family profiles, activities, balances, parent PIN credentials, and activity history — on your device only. This information is used solely to make the app work and is never transmitted to Yardbyte or anyone else.

What BrainBank does not collect

BrainBank does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app has no backend, no account system, no login, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. BrainBank does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, Bluetooth, calendars, reminders, motion sensors, health data, or push notifications.

How data is used

Data you enter is used only to provide the app's features on your device, such as tracking activities and balances and showing history. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

Does data leave the device?

No. All app data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to Yardbyte or any third party. There is no server and nothing to sync.

AI services

BrainBank does not use external AI services. No data is sent to any AI provider.

Voice and audio

BrainBank does not record or process voice or audio, and does not request microphone access.

Accounts

BrainBank does not require an account. There is no sign-up, login, or registration of any kind.

Analytics

BrainBank does not use analytics of any kind.

Advertising

BrainBank does not show ads and does not use advertising networks or identifiers.

Sharing with third parties

BrainBank does not share any data with third parties. Because no data leaves the device, there is nothing for Yardbyte to share.

Data retention and deletion

App data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting the app from your device deletes all of its data. Yardbyte holds no copy and cannot recover it.

Children and parents/guardians

BrainBank is designed for family use, with a parent or guardian in control. Because the app does not collect personal information or send data off the device, Yardbyte does not receive, access, store, or disclose children's personal information.
